It is hard to say where it is going as Home depot jumped although they have revised forcasts and slowed store openings. They have however now moved to more International Exposure How that aids the economy here i dont know. The increased number of people who continue to draw unemployment and those that are being added to the list i suppose are negligible factors. At least Russia appears to be standing on her own in regards to the price of oil.
