Found it quickly; you're in luck. -g-

I buy the four most oversold stocks (based on 10-year Value Line data) at the start of each year as calculated by TrouncingTheDow.com (a pay site; $200 a year, I think).

They track S&P 500 stocks that meet the following criteria:

· Long-term price chart at a 45-degree angle that beats the S&P 500.

· 10 years of historical data.

· Return on Equity-consistency, higher than 15%.

· Earnings Growth - 10% prior 4 quarters actual vs next 4 quarters estimates.

· Projected 3-5 yr growth of both revenues and earnings.

· Liquidity - average daily volume above 200,000 shares.

· A stock with a 3-5 yr Upside price target that could double.

Will post my buys in a month.
