An Upgrade is an upgrade is GOOD. Thanks Joe, for the news. I don't know, but by just watching the price, volume and matching it with the news... something is going on. Things aren't behaving as they seem they should. Postive news and not much reaction, bad news and not much reaction, but the volume is picking up and the price is creeping up... ever so slightly over a long time. If you look at a 5 year chart, this base line we created is almost as long as the one before the big run up for FSII a few years back.
