Interesting. I'm on RR here in Minneapolis and it is flawless. Only been down three times in 18 months (and less than one hour on those times). I'm typically downloading at 1-2 Gbps at off hours and about half that at peak hours. Makes a piker of the DSL offered here by Qwest. I wonder if the problem is the people or the inground hardware. Wierd.
