Craig, I wonder how much digital photography you are engaging in because it is my experience that access to broadband internet service is a catalyst to using a digital camera (and hence purchasing a CF card). Why? Because being able to upload photos to a photo-sharing album on the net is one of the best ways to share digital photos. I for one rarely print a digital photo on my printer and then share it with someone. Instead, I (and more and more of my friends) take a few pictures from a wedding, a trip, a party, and upload them to a site and then email a group to see them. Until I had broadband access, I didn't have the patience, and hence the inclination, to share photos with folks because of the pain in uploading large files over a dial-up connection. I wasn't using my Canon S100 very often, now I do. Can't wait for Christmas when I can share morning photos almost immediately with family across the country. While my experience is limited, I think broadband access will be an enabling factor for digital camera usage.
