I do not agree with this writers assessment. If memory serves me correctly, President Clinton was on the ropes - till Oklahoma. Sorry, but I think you've got the wrong post. This one is about Gore, not Clinton. And, actually, not even really about Gore. Hunt is simply using Gore to point out the "screed" (I like that term now) capabilities of folk like Armey, Nickles, DeLay, and the like. John
