Funny, I just got done with a dinner which included chick
peas! We had too much cauliflower in the house so I steamed
3/4 of a head this afternoon then refrigerated it. Tonight
I mixed the cauliflower with 4 cups of chick peas and made
it into cauliflower humus. It came out really good. I
served
it wrapped in romaine with tomato and a squueeze of lime
along with brown rice and seasoned tofu.

As far as favorites that a tuffy but I have to say I like
black beans the best. They're also good in salds and with
veggies.
