(OTCBB:JAWZE) today announces that the company was unsuccessful in its pursuit of a new insurance carrier for its officers and directors liability insurance policy. JAWZ Inc. management believes that the company was unable to negotiate reasonable terms for director and officer liability insurance due to the current economic climate and the unresolved litigation being maintained in California by Bristol Asset Management and Paul Kessler.
