Interesting though when the press interviewed the Taliban who have surrendered most said they couldn't stand anymore constant bombardment. They have been totally demoralised by the unrelenting rain of bombs. I agree that in most situations air warfare is not the only way to fight. I believe that the admin is just very worried about the loss of public support that would probably come with are boys coming back in body bags. Air power is a lot safer particularly when the opposition has none). Downside is it's expensive. OTOH it sure is fun to watch. DOC DOC
