LOL! Joe Battipaglia is the same kook who, during the month of October last year, predicted a rapid return to NASDAQ 5000 by December. Eventually, he will be correct (about NASDAQ 5000) and then he will run around with a $hit eatin' grin on his face and flap his big fat wings and chirp, "see I told you so! I was right!"
