The attitude of @home in these final hours doesn't surprise me at all. I have @home and the service in the past yr has been better, however, I should have have seen this coming and shorted the stock based on my experience with them. Long story short, over an entire yrs period, I ended up replacing everything from my hard drive, monitor, mouse, you name it (because @home wouldn't take responsibility for my computer freezing up) only to find out I needed a simple adapter from them. Fortunately, my computer mfg paid for all those items. I kept the service because I enjoyed the speed and didn't want to switch to DSL. Hope they come to their senses and take the offers so the service can continue.
