Stomper-- the problem was / is they did not want to send anyone out to repair the problem. Usually it was a hardware (switch or server) problem. From "medic" it was easy to figure out whose problem it was. Just a little networking background and some hardware understanding and a good idea of what was going on was easy. If they have good service and PM there nail the techs shoes down and do not let them leave. I'm in OH and TX had the same BS they blamed on different virus'. If they allowed a virus to effect them........
