IP, cross licensing, patent pooling were never mentioned in the conversation I referred to Strange, very strange, how could you skip that back then when that's all the bugaboo about. IP, btw, was not one of the 5 principles although it was referenced in the same whitepaper that Qualcomm published Say what? Eric, look straight into my eyes, pretending I'm sitting right cross the table with that wonderful Merlot, and tell me What's the focus of the several years of bitter battle between Q and the other nice guys, those who got the rude refusals, is it about 5 principles or the IPR?
