You should of received a letter from AT&T.
In the event of interrupted service we are suppose to go to http:/help:broadband.att.com/.

As I understand it we are supposed to receive a phone call.

If that does not work go to newuser.attbi.com this website will only be available if migration is necessary.

It is in bold letters on the letter I have
Please remember, ATT Broadband will call if any action is required on your part.

Clear as mud. Right
