Not to take any of the whoompf out of your discussion, since it is still very relevant, just thought I'd let you know I'm still on. I guess the bondholders called "Heads" today and the coin cooperated...

Feels like Y2K all over again, powering up with that uneasy feeling that the service I pay for and rely upon (and I don't just mean my Daily Dilbert) will not be there. As with Y2K, someone will have spent far too much money trying to solve the wrong problem.

BTW I agree with your comments about the rise in importance of IP based services and the serious questions the court's attitude raises - is it just technological ignorance? or are the old boys rattling the cage one last time?
