According to this report from The Inquirer indicating UMC will begin producing chipsets for NVIDIA, admit rumors of poor yields from TSMC's 0.15 and 0.13-micron processes.

Things aren't looking to hot for TSMC's .13µ process, although I expect it'll be fine in a quarter or so ;-).
