there's a court hearing next week on the buyout offer from AT&T. @Home is claiming they're losing 6 million dollars a week, and is also claiming that the recent bump to $ 20 per subscriber-month only allows them to break even. Doesn't sound like it makes sense. @Home will never get what they claim is a "fair auction" since there are very few cable companies left and several among them have developed online access services.
