Thus, it is likely that the cable companies and Debtor will agree upon a new price structure following rejection and that service to end users will not be disrupted. I also note that the majority of the end users are connected through AT&T, Cox, and Comcast, which are present and former major shareholders of Debtor. These parties may bear some responsibility for Debtor's inability to pay its creditors.
