CD,

Indeed, it is not possible to really know people in cyber-space. So, no matter what I say, it will not change your opinion, I guess.

But for the benefit of the people reading thsi thread, let me say that there are four kinds of people selling BAY stock at these prices:

1) Those who need money right now
2) Traders who bought 10-20% below and are happy with the gain. Some of them may have a core position which they are holding for the long term.
3) Investors who do not understand BAY's fundamental and decide to bail out as they lost their patience.
4) Participant in previous financings that want to recoup their capital while still holding long term warrants

I am not in any of these categories. I hold my shares for the long term and am constantly buying on weakness. $1.59-$1.61 this week was weakness in my book.

I intend to sell on either one of these events:

1) A permanent change in the fundamentals of Alamo Dorado that would change the big picture negatively enough to make my investment a loosing proposition

2) The stock reaches my target prices between now and 2005
