I understand where you're coming from. If one believes that God is everywhere then it is no surprise that the pathways to God are without number. In the Bhagavad Gita this is explained in a beautiful passage in which God says "In whatever manner a man seeks me with sincerity in that path alone I make his faith fast". So walk your path with joy for it is a reflection of your true self.
