Give the guy(George) and Jan at IR a break. It's refreshing to have people who have some actual(no matter how limited the it might be) insight into what is going on at the company post on a thread at SI. Is it a crime to hype a stock that is selling so close to it's yearly low? No!!! If someone were hyping this stock back when it was selling in the 30's, I think there might be something to worry about. But since none of us can know the future we, each one of us, have to sift through the garbage like todays downgrade to buy in order to determine whether a stock is a good risk in our own portfolio. I am a contrarian. I say thank you Wessels for the downgrade today. Of course it means that they expect a soft quarter. Will it happen? Probably. But I bought the stock today at 12 3/4's and fully expect I will make money in the not too distant future. Once again thanks Wessels! BTW if you think I'm hyping the stock, you're right. So what. Nothing we say or do here will have any profound effect on the way this stock trades. But let's not limit the free exchange of ideas, feelings, or information about ANET.
