Why would AT&T allow hundreds of thousands of customers to have their Internet service go down (in places like IL, IA, CT, CO, etc)...? Was it really necessary to have this interruption of service...? Could AT&T have been much more proactive and helped insure that its valuable customers (that pay over $50/month for high speed service) would receive consistent service..? Did the legal proceedings have to get in the way of providing essential high speed broadband access to many small businesses and schools around the country...? Is AT&T putting shareholder interests WAY AHEAD of customer interests...? Just wondering...=)

Regards,

Scott
