I hate to respond where my knowledge is limited. To answer this would require i knew the connection to each state at what point they joined the net work and if T did not have another plan in those particular areas. Staying away from the financial end of it and just looking at my internet service T bought Media one and they bought and excellent service. I could contact Media one and I was never able to get through to ATHM when i had disruptions of service. I suppose if i sat on the line for an hour or two wanting to scream at someone who already was wanting to quit their job I could of but I dont think that would of helped either of us. I tend to think that somehow they could revert to Media Ones back bone where I am located. As far as the court ruling goes how when Shaw is not using ATHM it ends to be the only profitable contract i dont know. The figures the judge received appeared to have been wrong.
