re:do you deny that an attempt was made by Clinton and his mouthpieces to trash the woman? Yeah, I do...what is the famous quote, "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned..." If I were Clinton I would have done everything possible to placate Monica to keep her from going public with details and I think that is what he did. She didn't give up her story voluntarily....it was squeezed out of her by Ken Starr's goons and she was deceived and taped by one of her best friends, Linda Tripp. So no, I don't think Clinton tried to trash her, but I do think Linda Tripp was a target and in my view, a justified target...... The unnecessary and salacious details were published like a sex novel by none other than the pious Ken Starr.....
