Why couldn't they have done a transition while the ATHM service was up and running...?

I guess that would make too much sense...Who cares if it costs AT&T a little extra -- it's THE RIGHT THING TO DO FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

All i received today was a phone call saying AT&T was doing the best they can...IMO, that's not good enough...there has to be a better way to transition customers.
