The US tried to negotiate with Taliban after the bombing of the Embassies and the air-craft carrier.

It went nowhere and Taliban did not cooperate.

Assuming the US has credible evidence of bin Laden and Taliban involvement in the bombings (embassies, ship and WTC), we are justified to go after bin Laden and Taliban.

We are commiting terror against Afganis, but this is not our focus, nor should it be.

We, the US government, still needs to re-load on our policies towards the Arab world and especially Palestine.
