Delphi on the Iraq matter we are "kicking around"(will they or won't they risk a breakage of the coalition over the matter of Iraq?) a fellow named Kevin Pollack of the Council of Foreign Relations may have provided the clue as to why the U.S.Government keeps hinting Iraq could well be phase two of their overall plan.
As per Mr.Pollack--he says the U.S. Government feels the longer they delay action regards Iraq the higher the risk they will be faced with the news they do NOT want to hear;that being that the Iraq has developed the atomic bomb and have it as a reality.
There apparently is genuine concern that Iraq is still moving towards bringing this event to reality.max
