Is this chipset the AMD Saviour and Intel killer:

"Even though it's higher price tag may hold it back somewhat, the biggest problem we've seen with the MSI K7N420Pro and the nVidia nForce so far is stability. We experienced more than a few lockups and black screens upon boot, which were always fixable, but nonetheless annoying. This is to be expected though, as it's nVidia's first chipset on the market. It may take them a few revisions to get all the kinks worked out. Let's hope most of the stability issues can be fixed via software or BIOS upgrades. "
