Most awesome performance by the defense in the second half that I have ever seen in a Tech team......Whitticar and Austin were awesome...Pugh put McKenzie #78 out of the game for Miami, early on...completely shut down Shockey in the second half...Dorsey, absolutely would not tuck the ball down and run the ball..he knew he would be put out of the game..Pile...was driving running backs straight back..those corners were out there on an island alone all day playing one on one....just an awesome performance...then I get home and Va Tech had a 16 point halftime lead on #9 Virginia and lost that one ....two of the greatest losses in school history...NEVER BEEN MORE PROUD in two losses....great way to go Gatoring....
