What does the phrase "blue sky" mean?

You used it as follows.

"... there is plenty of blue sky potential above that number..."

Is it something like saying the price can go to the moon ?

semi-off topic: How much more terror attacks of bombs in
public places until the citizens demand their government
of Israel to do something more than whats being done?
If so and if happens then the Middle East will change
and physical gold will be affected for good or bad
as in price and who now has the most of it as in nations.
