Thanks....will you keep a cc of that notice, I may have to use it later....What a paiin in the tush!!! ATT must really want to have BAD PR....there are over 880,000 ATT@Home customers in WA alone!!! And right now, they are/were the only game in town Charter service isn't even here, but their owner is....only a few miles away.
