Looks like the jig is up for Arafat. That city of Jenin has some master baiters sounding the clarion call to recruit the suicide bombers. Wonder why Mossad can't get a cap on it..... Kev

The Israelis don't have jurisdiction in Area A, remember? It's ruled by the Palestinian Authority. The IDF has to invade, for which our State Department condemns them. They had just pulled back from Jenin.

Israeli intelligence reports that Hamas or PA or Islamic Jihad no longer matters. Arafat is running a unity goverment with the Islamicists. Half of the terrorists in this last week have been PA policemen, who got their guns from Israel under Oslo.

Well, I sure hope that Zinni has found his trip informative. This is what comes of coddling terrorists and giving them rewards for terrorism. The State Department will continue to blame both sides "evenhandedly" for whatever happens next, I'm sure of that much.

But there's at least some hope that State's approach may be discreditied in this administration.
