And I was focusing on the actual time and action of that breach.

Oct. 2, 2001 is within the contract period. Registering ATTBI.COM allowed access to that sight. Whether T decided to post information or not on that sight is not the question. The question is, did they start to build out a system within the contract period? Was it accessable?

I say, Yes! No doubt about it!
