every instance in which the " witness claimed i was speaking so loud as to prevent him from concentrating "( to my attorney ) mysteriously isnt on the record... am i to assume the witness has bionic ears and or the court reporter is deaf ???????? Perhaps the witness is simply weird...perhaps. show me what i said in the transcript that required that response ?? show me what i said that illicted a comment directed to me at all????????????????????? what should be noted is the freak simply talks to me at random times for random reasons that dont have any documented factual basis,, all in an attempt to create a record that didnt exist..............or maybe the court reporter is in on the conspiracy also. One last thing...it appears that you are a very bitter WAVX investor who got caught on the flip side of my trades as well... Next time make full disclosure...
