Did you listen to the web cast? It had some good points. Sounds like a large American telco supplier is looking at incorporating control point into some aspect of their product line. He later referred to the ILEC's expecting good service and strength such as what a CISCO would offer them.

Subliminal slip or just an example?

I liked the point at the end where he referred to the fact that the test FOA's were NOT ALLOWED to be returned by the clients. He indicated they were quite adamant that the product would remain on site as it was functioning well and sounded like they really liked it!

Of course cynically, they probably didn't want to disconnect the 5000 or so customer lines and re-connect back into their old system. That said, it does sound like a strong endorsment of the product.

Revenues are not expected in this calendar year - he stated they are now expected in early 2002. I guess that makes it about the 3rd time they pushed out the timelines - guess that's why we are under $2.00!
