<< [3] Yale never refused to allow Van de Velde to do classroom work >>

Hi Jeff -- The report on the Interrogatories is quite interesting. I'm a bit confused about your above "correction." My understanding is that Yale definitely cancelled his remaining classes and refused to allow him "to do classroom work." From recollection, I believe he was allow to remain at Yale in some capacity; but not in the classroom. Do we need a semantics clarification? or ???

I imagine the defense will challenge parts of his alleged injuries, particularly in light of his present employment. Jim Van de Velde's descriptions of the adverse impact and injuries to his emotional well-being {self respect, self esteem, et seq.} are excellent.

Thanks for keeping all of us informed.
Regards,
Carol
