Yeah... that was a real zinger there, wasn't it?

I had to do a quick net query to figure out how that could be possible, except through the creation of resevoirs and decomposition.

And guess what? I was correct... These lame-brained pseudo-intellectuals actually are claiming that dam created resevoirs increase decomposition and lead to global warming.

Next thing you know, they'll want to drain the entire Amazon River Basin and turn it into pasture land.

Of course they ignore the benefits that diverting large quantities of water to arid regions accomplishes due the increase in agriculture (and thus encouraging transpiration and the conversion of greenhouse CO2 into O2)..
