in bankruptcy. Note the entities themselves are not in the BR. That is because the transaction itself is what triggers the lawsuit and BR court review.

It does not matter how it is packaged, BR can unwind it if DYN is at fault or even if ENE did something wrong which a trustee later can recapture for the benefit of creditors.

The game in BR is a whole new set of cards. Right now this tactic favors ENE emerging...we'll see. Nice to see DYN facing the music since it supposedly had all the info, but by their delay tactics they tanked a major competitor to DYN's (apparent) advantage. Was this fair? Doubtful.

Now it is DYN's turn to pay the piper. I doubt it has the staying power. ENE may end up owning DYN when this is all said and done. Should be interesting.
