"but by their delay tactics they tanked a major competitor to DYN's (apparent) advantage" Of course it is easy to see things this way, but if you weren't "in the room" it would be hard to know whether ENE's original disclosure was: -- honest -- complete and whether whatever subsequently was revealed was sufficiently substantive. There is a lot of room for subjectivity in all this! And it could take a while to unravel........ It could also be argued that ENE is a slimy organization of vicious crooks who "entrapped" a decent well-meaning group of potential benefactors in order to grab them in its vicious crocodile jaws.........! As you can see from this description, I find it difficult to visualize ENE in the role of innocent victim. Namaste! Jim
