Blair Ok I just talked to the lawyer in San Fransisco. He wanted to talk to the lawyer in Dallas. No names mentioned. The lawyer in San Fran. may be of help due to location and expierience. Seems like a good team going now! What exactly do we have for a Treble case do you know? He did not understand what ground there is for the Treble, yet it seems everyone agrees that one is very possible from who I have talked to. He told me that my case was not enough money to sue over so no lawyer would want to take it, I imagine this is the case also with you because I lost about 20-45K from what I can tell. So I guess this plan for all of them at once is a great idea. He agreed! Talk to him and see if and when he talks to the lawyer in San Fran. I will proboably call Dallas tomorrow and get more of a jist and let him know what I have for evidence which we know is quite a bit. Best idea for communication is here but page me (800) 610-7127 and type in 000 if you ever want to get my attention here for communication VIA, the net, after making a post regarding E-Trade. That goes for anyone else also, the number is toll free anywhere in the United States. Type in 000 as a code. I may be able to answer any question anyone may have! Is there any way to get an out of court settlement and ask E-Trade to just resolve our problems and $ so that we do not help the media any or at all! This might solve our problems and then we can still help the case, I feel we have lost quite a bit and a quick fix may be the best bet what do you think? BJC Thanks in advance!
