I would love to see ENE back on its feet but with different management. J.P. Morgan, Chase and C are up to their gills in ENE debt holdings. They shelled out 500 million each just to keep ENE alive since they could not afford to let ENE go down the tubes. I am sure the assets and debts of the Bankruptcy will be listed soon and this will tell the extent of ENE woes since we could not get the information from management. ENE was prevented from included the pipelines in the BK and ENE lawsuit is the only means of defense, just as anticipated. The problem still remains, We have ENE management calling the shots. They are not creditable, trustworthy or honest. It is amazing that Greg thinks wallstreet will believe ENE going forward. I can see ENE going to Civil Court arguing DYN was not honest in their dealing and the judge thinking ENE is the one under SEC review, not DYN. No way in hell will ENE management testify in civil court with the SEC investigation over their head and may possibly incriminate themselves. DYN lawyers are going to feast all over this lawsuit. So, I still think DYN gets the pipeline or worst case they get the 1.5 billion cash returned. This lawsuit proves to me that ENE does not want the pipeline back since all they have to do is return the 1.5 Billion. I believe ENE wants to dump the whole enchilada on DYN. It worked against Tyson and it may work for ENE. Enron will survive but not in the present form.
