I agree. We need to start educating all investors on how this deal is not in the best interest of our company. We also need to figure out what percentage of shareholders are against this. What can we do?
1. Get the word out to brokers, so they can inform their client holders.
2. Start another thread to count dissenting votes. So we know where we are. Tell the brokers of this thread.
3. If you have'nt already, e-mail the company and tell them what you think of the deal.
Any other lines of attack?
