Ignorant question. With close to $25B in assets and just over $13B in liabilities, where is the insolvency? This looks to be a cash crunch, not a hopeless BK situation. Install credible management, incarcerate the crooks and seize their ill-gotten assets, saving the company for the sake of Joe Citizen in the process. Idealistic? Yes. Impossible? No.
