Yes, but the actuality is that there are ways to not return, which why I am asking if anyone is being impacted, and what their experience is these days.

Agencies from India, for example, put people on payroll immediatly, even before an outsource contract is found, etc. So, people could be kept on lower salaries and not laid off while looking for other work. That adds to the total capacity of the marketplace that needs to be worked down with IT expansion, when it occurs. I haven't seen any estimates on the total, or how long the workdown would take under scenarios of such as the 5% mentioned for 2002...

Anyone have any comments on this?
