No, it is you who is deceived by your ignorance and mistrust of the United States military.

Obviously, you haven't a clue what an open public military tribunal is all about. A court of law involves judges, lawyers and a jury, far more then it does *police work*.

Military lawyers are as well trained as any civilian lawyer. Every one I've met has gone to the same colleges, and passed the same bar a civilian lawyer does.

Officers in the United States military take a pledge and sign an oath they will uphold the principles of the constitution. They don't take the pledge lightly.

Your inference that a military tribunal is some sort of untrustworthy right stealing mob toward the United States Constitution disgusts me.

Besides, The President will only use military tribunals when addressing illegal aliens who are linked to Bin Ladin's terrorist organization. Not United States citizens. Illegal aliens don't have the same rights as citizens do. Otherwise, the INS would never exist.
