As usual, you have it ass-backwards. First, you have explain your basic understanding of SAN and NAS since you've constantly portrayed SAN and NAS as mutually exclusive solutions. That has been proven to be a money-loser. If you still don't understand the basic definition of SAN and NAS then you will never understand hybrid SAN/NAS products such as Celerra HighRoad, which contribute to the overlap. But then you really are not interested in an answer now, are you, since your intent is to obfuscate, rather than clarify why NTAP is losing market share. Why should I even try to disabuse you from using a black and white framework (SAN vs NAS) that has already been proven to lose money? If the pain of losing money still doesn't cause you to learn anything, don't despair. I'm fairly certain that modern day pharmacology will have something in the pipeline......just for you.
