Is recovery near ? Certainly not, since everyone is so eagerly trying to see it. ECRI. LOL. What did it come in at -- 117.5? Hmmm... right where it was last December. Hmmm.. right where it was at the 1998 low as well. The market held above 1998 low recently, the ECRI did not. Perhaps it was an overshoot, but perhaps it's trying to tell us something.
