So ... will QCOM "up" its guess for ASIC chip shipments from around 15 million in the coming quarter to about 235 million ? Can I get some of your Q Kool-Aid <g>? It is definitely good news....but I think we all know the pace at which China has moved in the past. The first step would be for MII to decide to license a third 2G player. I think they have rejected this in the past....but maybe the prospect of building up the domestic handset industry would make them reconsider. Slacker
