NEOF is another current short with serious downside potential; some broker pumped it up but the fundies are far behind the share price. OTOH, NEOF is trading well above where it languished much of the year so tax-selling won't be the culprit, just silly overvaluation, $289m market cap for a $25-40m run rate and big losses.
