Marie, the fact is that we had a speculative bubble that drove the NAZ to a rediculously high 5000. For the whole Clinton term the NAZ went from 700-2300 quite a impressive gain over eight years. You can detract however you wish but my numbers say the gain was over 300% over eight years that works out to greater than 20% on average per year. So you can blow off Bill Clinton and Gore but you will never see that kind of performance again in your lifetime. I just hope that George and Co. come out ahead of where they went in and that is 2300.
